This role will be based in an around West of England and Wales.
What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive regional growth

Identifying and converting new business opportunities

Conducting site surveys, product demonstrations, and customer trials

Delivering compelling, value-driven proposals and solutions

Monitoring sales performance, analysing data, and identifying areas for improvement

Managing and developing key accounts and stakeholder relationships

Tracking performance through tools such as Sales Tracker and budget reporting

Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities

Developing accurate sales forecasts and collaborating with operations and finance

Establishing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth

Negotiating agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes

Working closely with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure aligned delivery

Optimising the sales funnel and improving conversion rates
Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role (mid-tier level), ideally within B2B environments

Experience selling to SMEs, owner-operated businesses, and larger organisations

A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
