Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Handle client inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience from consultation to completion

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills
Proficiency in makeup application is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beauty services
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
