Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator specializing in thin-gauge sheet metal to join our growing team. In this role, you will work primarily MIG welding steel, stainless steel, ranging from 0.9mm to 3mm in thickness (TIG capability for stainless and aluminium would be an advantage) The ideal candidate can accurately read technical drawings, manage full fabrication and assembly processes, with the ability to problem-solve. We value a proactive mindset, a strong "can-do" attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
This role involves working as part of a production team to meet operational deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and housekeeping
EQUIPMENT RANGE- Would Include TIG welders, MIG welders, spot welders, Guillotine, tube bending and brazing along with various workshop hand tools.

· Use hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal working equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
· Assist in the assembly of fabricated parts into finished products or sub-assemblies
· Maintain a clean and organised workspace, always adhering to health and safety regulations
· Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
