Full job description

We are looking for a passionate experienced Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming, and nurturing nursery. Our children thrive, staff feel valued and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education, and we are looking for a leader who shares our commitment to excellence and child-centred learning.

35 hours per week 8am to 4pm

40 hours per week 9.30am to 5.30pm

4 day a week or 3 day per week also considered within 8am to 5.30pm but flexi on hours.

Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework
Take responsibility for supporting children's development and learning through play
Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Observe, assess and record children’s progress
Support the implementation of nursery routines and high standards of care
Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Passion for working with young children
Strong Understanding of the EYFS framework
A positive, team-focused attitude
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
