Salary: £25-30k

Location: Warrington

Our client is a well established and reputable property finance company based in Warrington, and they’re looking for another Mortgage Administrator to join their team. They provide advice for all kinds of mortgages and protection, including specialist finance, which you will be providing full administrative support for, alongside some additional responsibilities.

Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;

Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants.
Responsible for administering and progressing applications, managing leads, and liaising with 3rd parties, clients and consultants.
Ensure smooth communication with solicitors/lenders/brokers
Contacting potential clients over the telephone to conduct fact-finds and assist in sourcing products.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator;

At least 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Administrator in a whole-of-market environment.
Must be working towards or have the CeMAP qualification.
Some experience with specialist mortgage products would be an advantage.

Benefits of joining as a Mortgage Administrator;

Up to 30k basic salary.
Mon – Fri, no weekends and a 3pm finish on a Friday!
