Responsibilities
- Prepare fish and other ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook fish to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frying station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as needed
- Serve finished dishes promptly and courteously to customers or servers
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles preferred but not required; training available for motivated candidates
