Production Operators required in our mills

Who we are looking for
We are looking for Dayshift Production Operators to support our dedicated Mill Team's.
You will provide general labouring duties and will have the opportunity to learn to operate various machinery in our state-of-the-art plant which includes first line operator maintenance.
Although previous machine operating experience would be an advantage, full training will be provided by our skilled operators.
What matters to us most is that you are reliable, have a positive attitude to work, and you ensure that everything you produce is of the quality expected by our customers.
You will take pride in your work and pay great attention to detail.
You will observe safety and security standards and work to quality standards. You will also be motivated to achieve daily targets.
You will be flexible and willing to learn and train in other departments as and when demand dictates.
Depending on which machine you are working on, this may include some physical work.
Shifts
The company operates shift patterns which differ depending on which location you will be working within the site.
Fencing: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday & 08:00 - 16:10 Friday
Assembly: 07:00 - 16:00 Monday- Thursday & 07:00 - 15:10 Friday

Overtime rate: Time and quarter (not guaranteed but may be available subject to customer demand)
