Junior Reporting Analyst | 35hrs per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Reporting to Revenue Performance Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst to help drive commercial success through insightful reporting, data analysis, and operational support. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical expertise, gain exposure to revenue operations, and influence key business decisions.
What you’ll do:
Reporting & Analysis (c.50%)
- Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI insights to support business performance and commercial decision-making.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting tools and metrics.
Operational & Administrative Support (c.50%)
- Manage post-sale policy administration and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Revenue team.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks, meetings, and team activities as required.
Market & Commercial Support
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Summarise findings and provide insights into market trends, opportunities, and commercial performance.
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Continuously develop your knowledge, skills, and understanding of the business.
- Support wider business activities and projects as required.
What we’re looking for:
Essential
- Experience in a data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or similar analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Experience working with large datasets and producing meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience within insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Knowledge of policy administration processes and insurance products.
- Experience using CRM, policy administration, or underwriting systems.
- Experience developing automated reporting solutions and process improvements.
- Exposure to market research and competitor analysis.
- Basic knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modelling.
