Trainee Windscreen Fitter

Location: CM22 6SP
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you passionate about cars? Do you have experience working in a garage or bodyshop, or are you simply someone who loves everything automotive? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for a Trainee Windscreen Fitter to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with full training provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with replacing vehicle windscreens and other automotive glass.
Learning industry-standard fitting techniques and safety procedures.
Carrying out repairs to vehicle glass where possible.
Providing excellent customer service at customer locations and in the workshop.
Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a garage, bodyshop, vehicle workshop, or similar automotive environment is preferred.
Alternatively, someone with a genuine passion for cars who is keen to learn a new trade.
Good practical and hands-on skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence.
