Salaried GP – Rural Dispensing Practice, Cradley

We’re a small, well-regarded rural dispensing practice in the village of Cradley (not Cradley Heath), caring for around 4,000 patients and dispensing to 94% of them. We’re proud to be rated highly by our patients and are looking for a salaried GP to join our supportive, close-knit team. Recent CQC inspection rated us as Good
The role
- 4–6 sessions per week (negotiable)
- Competitive salary in line with BMA guidance
- Study leave and annual leave as per BMA contract
- Varied GP work including face-to-face, telephone and online consultations, home visits, prescribing and clinical admin (EMIS/Docman)
- Working alongside another salaried GP with shared cover and flexibility

About you
- GP experience in UK general practice
- GMC registered with the right to work in the UK
- Car driver (essential for rural home visits and to attend workplace)
- Team-focused, flexible and patient-centred
- Interest in developing skills further (respiratory interest welcomed but not essential)
