Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop new recipes.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.

Requirements
