About the Role

Ski Transfer Logistics Ltd operates within the travel logistics, passenger transport coordination, transfer services, route planning, and customer support sector. We are seeking a Transport Operations Manager to oversee daily transfer operations, coordinate schedules, and support reliable service delivery for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily transport operations, transfer schedules, and service coordination tasks
Coordinate with drivers, customers, travel partners, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor routes, booking updates, service timelines, and operational reports
Support customer service workflows, issue resolution, and follow-up activities
Track service performance, transport requirements, and process improvement opportunities
Prepare reports, schedules, documentation, and operational updates
Ensure activities follow company procedures, safety standards, and service expectations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Experience in transport operations, travel logistics, passenger services, route coordination, customer service management, or logistics support
Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
Experience working with drivers, travel partners, vendors, or booking platforms is an advantage

Route planning and schedule coordination
Customer service and issue resolution
Vendor, driver, and partner communication
Reporting, documentation, and workflow improvement
Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Education

Diploma, college qualification, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, Travel and Tourism, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
