Full job description

Part time Dispatch Co-Ordinator required by expanding local company;

The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail, be conscientious, hardworking, flexible in their work approach and keen to deliver work on time and to the required ISO and BRCGS standards.

Ideally candidates applying for this role will have had experience within a similar position within the print industry.

Working Mornings, (Monday-Friday 9am-2pm) a week the successful candidate will be assisting with packing and dispatching finished goods in a timely and efficient manner all as per company policies, such as booking in deliveries with relevant couriers, liaise and manage tracking numbers and progress of deliveries. Completing all relevant documentation for export/transport/supplier and customer documentation all whilst adhering to, and complying with the company's working practices, ISO and BRCGS standards and procedures.

To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required by his/her line manager and other members of the management team.

This a permanent part time position, potentially leading up to a full time position working Monday through Friday. Core hours 8am-6pm

A Full Driving License would be required to assist in local deliveries when required
