Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bricklayer to join our team in a hands-on construction and maintenance role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various building and repair techniques, with the ability to operate a range of tools and equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills within the construction industry, contributing to diverse projects that require precision and craftsmanship.

Duties

Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out bricklaying tasks with accuracy and safety.
Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure work meets quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly after use.

Requirements

Proven experience in masonry, bricklaying
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment relevant to construction tasks.
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure precise execution of tasks.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse weather conditions.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are advantageous but not essential.
A valid UK driving licence is preferred for roles requiring site travel.

Pay: £225.00 per day
