More about your role

At Places Leisure we are looking to recruit a Costa Coffee Barista Maestro to join the team at our brand-new flagship leisure centre. As a Barista Maestro you'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, supporting them in all areas of the operation including delivering excellent customer service standards and training of baristas in the art of crafting great coffee! You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to make sure every customer experience is an awesome one.

To apply for this role, you need at least six months' experience as a Costa Coffee Barista Maestro (Supervisor) or in a supervisory role within the coffee industry. Applications that do not meet this minimum experience requirement will be automatically rejected.This role requires availability to work afternoon shifts and weekends only. Please only apply if you can commit to these working hours. You should be passionate about training and coaching others to deliver the best coffee experience out there, from getting the best grind to amazing coffee art!

You should be flexible with your availability - our site is open 7 days a week so weekends and evening shifts may be required.
