As we continue to grow our client base and team, we're looking for a PPC & SEO Executive to join us and take responsibility for delivering and optimising paid advertising and organic search campaigns across our client portfolio.
The Role
This is a hands-on digital marketing role covering Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and wider paid media channels.
You'll manage campaigns from strategy and setup through to ongoing optimisation, testing, tracking and reporting.
You'll work closely with our web development, design and wider marketing team to ensure we're not simply generating clicks and traffic but delivering high-quality enquiries at a profitable cost for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & PPC
· Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
· Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, remarketing and other relevant campaign types
· Conduct keyword and competitor research
· Develop campaign structures, targeting strategies and budgets
· Write and test ad copy
· Manage bids, budgets, search terms, negative keywords and targeting
· Identify opportunities to improve cost per lead and overall campaign performance
· Research and test additional PPC platforms and paid acquisition opportunities where appropriate
· Scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality and efficiency
Meta Ads
· Set up, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
· Develop audience and targeting strategies
· Build prospecting, remarketing and retargeting campaigns
· Work with our creative team to develop effective advertising creative
· Test different creative, messaging, audiences, formats and offers
· Monitor campaign budgets and performance
· Analyse lead quality alongside platform metrics
· Continuously test and optimise campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and improve results
SEO
· Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis
· Develop and implement SEO strategies for client websites
· Optimise existing pages for keywords, search intent and conversions
· Identify opportunities for new landing pages, service pages and content
· Produce SEO content briefs
· Carry out on-page and technical SEO audits
· Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and conversions
· Optimise Google Business Profiles where relevant
· Work with our web development team to implement technical improvements
· Support link building and off-page SEO activity
· Monitor developments in AI-driven search and evolving organic search behaviour
Tracking, Reporting & Strategy
· Set up and monitor conversion tracking across advertising platforms
· Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other relevant tracking tools
· Analyse performance across paid and organic channels
· Produce clear client reports highlighting performance, opportunities and next steps
· Monitor cost per lead, conversion rates, lead quality and return on advertising spend
· Identify opportunities to improve landing pages and conversion rates
· Recommend how budgets should be allocated across different channels
· Stay up to date with developments across Google, Meta, SEO, AI search and the wider digital advertising landscape
Requirements
· Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
· Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
· Practical SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and performance monitoring
· A strong understanding of PPC and lead generation marketing
· WordPress and Elementor
· Google Business Profile optimisation
· Experience analysing campaign performance and making data-led optimisation decisions
· Ability to setup accurate conversion tracking, including call tracking
· Experience using Google Analytics 4
· Experience using Meta Pixel and Conversion API
· Strong written communication skills
· Confidence working with data, budgets and performance metrics
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
· A proactive approach to campaign optimisation, testing and problem solving
· The ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team

· Microsoft Ads
· LinkedIn Ads or other paid media platforms
· SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Ranktracker or similar
· Landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
· Looker Studio and automated reporting
· CRM and lead tracking integrations
· AI search optimisation / Generative Engine Optimisation (AEO)
· Digital marketing within the glazing, home improvement or construction sectors
· Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency
