Full job description

Join Our Team as a Marketing Graduate

Ellipsis Brands is going through a period of very rapid growth. From a newly established company (2013), the business is transforming into a mid-tier player in the global cosmetics industry, with a growing basket of brands which are quickly gaining widespread market recognition.

We are looking for a Marketing Graduate to join the team and play a hands-on role across both our trade marketing and social media functions to support our skincare brand Q+A.

This is a permanent position with real responsibility from day one. You will support two key areas of the marketing team, gaining broad commercial experience while contributing directly to how our brands look in-store, online, and on social.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will split your time equally between trade marketing and social media. Your day-to-day will include:

Trade Marketing

Supporting the Trade Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of retailer activations, point-of-sale materials, and trade campaigns across all brands.
Helping coordinate trade shows and retailer events, managing logistics, assets, and follow-up materials.
Preparing trade marketing briefs for the creative team, ensuring they are clear, complete, and commercially focused.
Maintaining and organising trade marketing assets and documentation so they are accessible to the sales team and global partners.
Supporting product training materials for retail and distributor partners, both written and visual.
Tracking campaign performance and pulling together reporting on trade marketing activity.

Social Media

Supporting the social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok for Q+A and other Ellipsis brands.
Creating and scheduling social content, working closely with the creative team to ensure assets are on-brand and to deadline.
Monitoring social channels, engaging with the community, and flagging trends or opportunities to the team.
Supporting influencer and seeding campaigns, including outreach, tracking, and reporting on results.
Helping to build and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with the marketing plan.
Pulling together performance reports on social activity, identifying what is working and where to improve.

What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a genuine interest in marketing, beauty, or consumer goods.
Strong organisational skills - you will be managing multiple tasks across two functions and need to stay on top of deadlines.
Good written communication. You will be drafting briefs, social copy, and internal documents regularly.
Comfortable with social media platforms and an understanding of what makes content perform. A personal interest in beauty or lifestyle content is a bonus.
A proactive attitude. This role suits someone who spots what needs doing, rather than waiting to be told.
Basic competency with tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, and social scheduling platforms. Experience with analytics tools is useful but not essential.
A willingness to learn. You will be exposed to trade marketing, digital marketing, event coordination, and creative briefing - we would like someone who is curious and keen to develop.
