At Guy's Bar & Restaurant, we're passionate about great food, brilliant service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Behind every fantastic meal is a hardworking kitchen team – and we're looking for a Kitchen Porter to help keep everything running smoothly.

The Role

Part-Time Kitchen Porter

3–4 shifts per week, mainly evenings and weekends
Competitive hourly pay + tips

As our Kitchen Porter, you'll be the backbone of the kitchen, helping to keep things clean, organised, and ready for service. It's a fast-paced role where no two shifts are the same, and you'll be working alongside a friendly team who love what they do.

What You'll Be Doing

Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
Helping chefs with simple food prep when needed
Ensuring workstations are stocked and organised
Managing waste and recycling responsibly
Supporting the team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Reliable, hardworking and a team player
Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll show you the ropes!
