JOB TITLE :

Breakdown and Recovery Driver (Nights) - 7.5 Tonne / Class Two / Class One - Immediate Start Available!

Kings Norton, Birmingham, B38

ABOUT US:

We are a breakdown and recovery company based in Kings Norton, Birmingham. We work for a variety of Breakdown Clubs including the AA, RAC and Greenflag. We attend broken down and accident damaged vehicles in Birmingham, and the surrounding areas, and recover them nationwide when they can't be repaired at the roadside.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a hard working individuals who are not afraid of a challenge and are willing to go the extra mile to provide a great service for our customers. You must be punctual, have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work as a team. You must be professional and be able to provide good customer service consistently.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As a vehicle recovery driver you will be expected to attend a huge variety of breakdown situations. You will be required to recover the casualty vehicles safely and precisely so no additional damage befalls the customer's vehicle. The vehicles may need recovery locally or nationwide so being comfortable in a truck is a must.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Valid CPC and Tacho Card.
Valid 7.5 tonne licence or above.
Recovery experience is preferred but not essential, training will be given and ongoing.
Mechanical knowledge is a bonus.
Must be able to pass a basic DBS check.

We are currently looking for permanent night drivers. Your hours will be discussed at the interview stage. You will work one weekend a fortnight and will have a set day off in the week. **Part time drivers will also be considered if we can cater to their availability**

Starting Salary: To be discussed at interview (dependant on experience and licence). Base salary ranges from £33150 - £39000. Bonus scheme and overtime available. You can make upwards of £40000 a year.
