Working alongside our experienced Corporate Legal Advisors, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters. You’ll gain exposure to high-quality work while developing your technical and commercial knowledge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Legal Advisors on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, investments and business restructuring matters
- Preparing, reviewing and amending corporate documentation
- Supporting with due diligence exercises
- Drafting board minutes, resolutions and Companies House filings
- Undertaking legal research and preparing client-facing documents
- Liaising with clients, third parties and regulatory bodies
- Assisting with matter management, billing and administrative processes
- Supporting business development activities and client relationship initiatives
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to build a career in corporate law.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- A genuine interest in corporate and commercial law
Experience within a Corporate team would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
