Originally a small family-run business, LF&E has grown into a national leader in specialist pharmaceutical delivery services.

We're looking for four new Pharmaceutical Delivery Drivers to join our depot in Exeter.

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play an important part in ensuring vital medications reach healthcare providers and patients safely, securely, and on time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team, work independently on planned delivery routes, and contribute to a service that helps people every day. We're looking for reliable, professional individuals who are committed to delivering a high standard of service and representing our company positively at every customer interaction.

Role Details:

45 hours per week (5–6 days), Monday to Friday. Daily hours may vary. Saturday availability required every 6–7 weeks. Day shifts (start times between 6:30am and 7:45am).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service
Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
Always maintain excellent customer service standards

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
Strong geographical knowledge
Excellent communication and people skills
Highly organised, reliable, and professional
Full UK manual Driving Licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points
Subject to DBS and reference checks
Must have the right to work in the UK
