We have an exciting new vacancy for a Health Club Assistant to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens, the Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel, dates back from the 17th century and still retains many of its original features. Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing all aspects of the Health Club, ensuring outstanding customer service, effective team leadership, staff development, and seamless rota coordination.
Conducting daily audits and walkthrough of the facility, staying fully informed on all operational matters.
Organising and leading regular staff meetings, as well as conducting comprehensive staff training sessions.
Regularly check club performance and financial reports to track progress, identify opportunities for growth, and implement necessary improvements.
Leading and motivating a dedicated team to uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
Greeting and welcoming guests, taking bookings, and handling payments.
Overseeing pool safety and conducting health and safety checks.
Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, sauna, changing rooms, and gym.
Conducting water quality testing to ensure safety and hygiene standards.

The successful candidate will have prior experience within a hotel or leisure facility. They should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and the capability to oversee daily operations, staff management, and guest experience.
