Reception & Reservations Executive

Pay: From £13.21 per hour

About the Role

Reporting to the Reception & Reservations Manager, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from enquiry through to departure.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests and delivering outstanding check-in and check-out experiences.
Managing reservations professionally while maximising sales opportunities.
Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously.
Providing knowledgeable advice about the resort's facilities, services and local area.
Processing payments, refunds and cash handling accurately.
Using Front Office systems confidently and efficiently.
Working closely with colleagues across the resort to ensure exceptional guest service.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and naturally welcoming.
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Professional with excellent communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and computer systems.
Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
Flexible and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Working Hours

This role is based within our Reception & Reservations team and includes a mixture of:

Early shifts
Late shifts (finishing at 10:00pm)
Regular weekend working
