Full job description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and be committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment for young learners. Duties: - Engage children in educational and recreational activities to support their development. - Create a safe and nurturing space where children can learn and play. - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. - Manage daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a structured yet enjoyable experience for all. - Support the lead staff in implementing curriculum and daily routines. Experience: - Prior experience working with children in an early childhood education or childcare setting. - Demonstrated ability to lead activities that promote learning and social interaction among children. - Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. - Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in English language to engage with children and communicate with parents effectively.
