The Role Outline: Your Week at a Glance:
As our remote Senior Revenue Management Analyst, you are the commercial heavyweight for our pricing strategy. Working entirely from home, you will maximise our accommodation and Meetings & Events revenue, pushing beyond the budget while taking the lead on key strategic projects. Crucially, you will act as a senior mentor, coaching our analysts, driving innovation, and bringing genuine creative flair to our commercial planning. You will have 3 x direct reports.

Your Shift: What You Will Actually Be Doing We do not just need a number cruncher. We need a creative commercial leader who understands hospitality and has a true passion for the numbers. We trust you to handle:

The Commercial Strategy: Setting up and driving individual hotel pricing strategies. You will carry out accurate weekly and monthly forecasting for both rooms and M&E, taking calculated risks to guarantee we dominate our local markets.
The Mentorship: Elevating the wider team. You will coach and develop direct reports and existing staff on revenue best practices, while partnering with the Head of Revenue to interview and induct new commercial talent.
The Creative Innovation: Challenging the status quo. You will bring a creative mind to our data, managing key projects like our Business Intelligence tools and dashboards, and constantly suggesting fresh ideas to keep the department moving forward.
The Data & Analytics: Diving deep into the detail. You will spot new trends, highlight risks, take immediate pricing action when the market deviates, and ensure flawless communication flow with the commercial leadership team.
