Service Desk Analyst

We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our 24/7 European IT Service Desk, providing first-class technical support across Pilgrim’s Europe.
What You’ll Do

Provide IT support for incidents and service requests via phone, email and self-service channels

Manage and prioritise tickets to meet agreed service levels

Resolve issues at first point of contact wherever possible

Maintain accurate ticket updates and knowledge base content
What You’ll Bring

Experience in an IT support or customer service role

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive, flexible and collaborative attitude

IT qualifications or ITIL experience (desirable)
