What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on individual to join our professional installation team as Loft Technician/Installer. You’ll be responsible for installing loft ladders, flooring, hatches, and insulation—bringing valuable storage space to life for our customers. No two days are the same, and you’ll often work in different homes throughout the week as part of a team or individually.
Key Responsibilities
- Install loft ladders, boarding, hatches, lighting and insulation to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Deliver friendly, respectful service to every customer
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Uphold our reputation for quality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in carpentry, joinery, construction, or general trades is desirable
- Experience working with customers face to face
- Comfortable working in loft spaces and at height
- Physically fit and able to manage manual tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and great customer service skills
- Own tools is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence required

Locations
- More Than Loft Ladders South Midlands operates across a wide area which includes Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Peterborough and Cambridge. Work locations vary depending on customer demand.

Pay: £28,500.00-£33,500.00 per year
