Full job description

Day shift - £12.75 p/h initial rate, plus up to 10% attendance / overtime bonus each month = £15.30 p/h achievable in first full month.

The job role:

Locating, picking and packing parts in our fabrication site
Developing product knowledge and hands on skills.
Organisation and general maintenance of the department.
Organising of material for the welders to perform as efficiently as possible
Workload planning.
Leading by example and helping the business grow.
Support the yard team with logistics of loading vehicles as well.
Keeping the yard in a tidy and operational state.
Liaising with Management & Production.
Varied role with many facets and lots of new skills to learn.
You will be an Integral member of the smooth running of production.

Candidate Requirements:

Being able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A hardworking and determined attitude.
Previous experience working in a picking / packing role beneficial.
Numerate with excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

· Forklift licence (B1) or certificate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.75-£15.30 per hour
