Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to provide essential support in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service abilities, and experience in Care Home or hotel settings. This role is crucial in ensuring that our domestic space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing the needs and requests of residents or clients.
Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised at all times.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the household or facility.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a domestic or Care Home or hotel experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and products is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
