Energy Sales Executive – Nottingham City Centre

Full Time | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | Immediate Start Available

Are you confident, competitive and motivated by earning potential?

FOCUS is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Nottingham city centre team as an Energy Sales Executive. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive base pay alongside uncapped commission, bonuses and incentives, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings as your performance develops.

You’ll receive hands-on training directly from our management team, learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition, energy sales and high-performance selling — with the opportunity to progress into senior sales and management as you develop.

What we offer:

Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission
Realistic first-year earnings of £28,000–£32,000+ OTE
Additional performance bonuses and incentives
Direct sales training and coaching from experienced management
Full product and industry training – previous energy experience is not required
Clear progression into Senior Sales and Management
Significant earning increases as you progress and take on more responsibility
Monday to Friday working week – weekends free
Regular company events, conferences, rewards and recognition

The role:

You’ll represent leading energy brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns, speaking directly with customers about their current energy arrangements and helping them explore suitable products, tariffs and switching options.

You’ll learn how to build rapport, understand customer needs, present solutions and develop the skills required to become a confident, high-performing salesperson.

As your results and experience grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, progress into senior sales and begin developing leadership and management skills.
