We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals of all ages to join our team as Gymophobics Instructors. Whether you have previous gym experience but feel unfulfilled, or you’re ready for a rewarding career change into health and fitness, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Job Role:
As a Gymophobics Instructor, you’ll be more than just a fitness coach - you’ll be a motivator, mentor, and positive force in our members' journeys. Your role will include:
- Delivering our unique exercise programmes to women of all ages
- Providing ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to members
- Creating a welcoming, non-intimidating environment for women to achieve their goals
Key Attributes:
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
- Previous experience in health, fitness or customer-facing roles is an advantage- but full training is provided.
