Overview
We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audio-visual technology and a passion for creating high-quality visual content. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for various events and projects, ensuring that all technical aspects run smoothly. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a creative environment where innovation and collaboration are encouraged.

With a strong reputation for excellence and a passion for creating memorable experiences, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Audio Visual Events Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, visual, and lighting equipment at events.
Liaise with clients and event teams to ensure technical requirements are fully understood and delivered.
Conduct pre-event checks on AV equipment to ensure reliability during live events.
Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to issues during events.
Assist in the transportation, loading, and unloading of AV equipment.
Maintain and ensure the safe storage of all AV equipment.
Keep up to date with the latest AV technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in live event production, AV installation, or technical operations.
Technical Skills: Proficient in operating audio mixers, video switchers, projectors, LED screens, microphones, and lighting systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Teamwork: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Driving License: A full, clean driving license is desirable
