Full job description

Office Based | 3 Days per Week (or 4 Shorter Days) | Immediate Start

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established medium-sized UK organisation, for an experienced Interim HR Manager to join their team on a 3-month contract.

Reporting to the Managing Director and managing one HR team member, you'll play a key role in supporting the business across two offices and multiple locations.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for an HR professional with strong Employee Relations experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
Provide expert HR advice and support to managers.
Deliver manager training on upcoming Employment Rights Act changes.
Create a practical HR Toolbox with policies, templates and manager guidance.
Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure employment law compliance.
Manage and support one HR team member.

About You

Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
Extensive Employee Relations experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and upcoming legislative changes.
Experience delivering manager training.
CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
Available to start immediately.
