We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven Marketing Assistant to join our Edinburgh-based team. You'll support the delivery of campaigns across a diverse range of clients and sectors — gaining real, hands-on experience from day one. This is an entry-level role built for someone with the ambition to learn fast, take ownership early, and grow within a professional, fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Marketing Assistant, you'll provide essential coordination and administrative support across a variety of live campaigns and client projects. Working closely with experienced marketing professionals, you'll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle — from initial planning through to final delivery. It's a role that rewards those who are proactive, organised, and eager to make a genuine contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management of campaign timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are consistently met
- Preparing and refining presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, gathering information and providing timely project updates
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, shoots, and events across multiple projects
- Keeping campaign records, budgets, and project schedules accurate and up to date
- Identifying and resolving day-to-day administrative issues to keep projects on track
- Assisting with research and preparation during the early stages of new campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly when priorities shift
- A positive, professional attitude when working with colleagues and external clients
What's On Offer
- Hands-on experience across a broad range of clients, industries, and campaign types
- Mentorship and day-to-day guidance from experienced marketing professionals
- A collaborative, professional working environment where your contributions are recognised
- Real opportunity for progression as you develop your skills and confidence in the role
