What you’ll be doing…
As a Conference & Meetings Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of seamless, high-quality events and meetings, ensuring excellent service standards, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction from planning through execution.

Manage day-to-day operations of conference and meeting spaces
Coordinate event setup, staffing, AV requirements, catering, and logistics
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure expectations are met
Lead, train, and support the events and operations team to deliver 5-star service
Ensure all spaces are well-maintained, presentable, and fully equipped
Monitor budgets, resource planning, and cost control
Maintain health & safety, fire regulations, and risk management procedures
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and guest experience

Working pattern: 5 Days out of 7

Proven experience in conference, hospitality, or events operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
A customer-focused approach with high attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of AV systems and room setup requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
