Customer Sales Advisor

Overview
This role is calling existing customers and booking them back in for our yearly service or dealing with inbound Google enquires.

Average take home is around £40,000 with some exceeding £50,000.

No sales experince necessary, full onsite training.

We are the largest national gutter, roof and window cleaning company with over 1/2 million customers so you are on the phone most of the day.

The role is office based at our Scotland office in Edinburgh.

The hours are 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday a month.

Responsibilities

Calling out to existing customers
Dealing with inbound enquires
Sales are uncapped, the more sales and hours you do the higher your pay
You have to be highly motivated
Assist customers with inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
Positive attitude, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated
Adaptability to learn new products, services, and sales strategies quickly
