Residential Lettings Co-ordinator
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 9.00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Office based at Pearce & Co, 64 Guildford Street, Chertsey KT16 9BD
Holiday: 22 days per annum (increases with service)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organised Lettings Co-ordinator to join our Residential Department. You will work alongside the Residential Lettings Manager and the Property Manager to assist in the management of around 200 properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with day-to-day property lettings and management duties.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors.
- Assist with co-ordinating contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs, maintenance and statutory compliance.
- Follow up instructed work to ensure satisfactory completion.
- Maintain a Property Visits schedule by booking appointments and diary.
- Maintain a Statutory Compliance schedule.
- Assist with setting up new tenancies including dealing with utility companies and local authorities.
- Issue inventories at start of tenancies to all parties.
- Prepare new and renewal tenancy agreements.
- Register applicants and book viewings.
- Undertake viewings (access to pool car provided).
- Meet and greet callers and answer the telephone.
- Assisting the Residential Department generally.
- To work closely with our Residential Lettings Manager and Property Manager to maintain client and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records and financial reports.
Requirements
- Positive and professional person keen to learn and take responsibility.
- Able to work in a team.
- Experience of Alto desirable.
Essential Requirements
- Experience within lettings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook etc.
- Occasional Saturday working (typically 1 in 3 with TOIL).
- Full UK driving licence.
