Are you an experienced automotive Sales Executive looking for a rewarding opportunity with outstanding earning potential and a genuine work-life balance?
At Vertu MINI Bridgwater, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful team. Representing one of the world's most iconic automotive brands, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping customers find their perfect MINI.
Alongside a competitive basic salary of £22,000, you'll benefit from an uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to earn well beyond the £43,000 on-target earnings.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of delivering a first-class customer experience. From the moment a customer walks through the door to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle, you'll guide them through every stage of the journey.
You'll build lasting customer relationships, understand individual needs, present tailored vehicle solutions and ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards of the MINI brand.
Whether you're helping customers explore their options, arranging finance packages or organising vehicle handovers, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable buying experience.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and driven attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual and automatic)
