What we are Looking For at Lexia Education Services:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): QTS is required to ensure high standards of teaching.
Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years teaching experience, ideally with a focus on SEN.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues is essential for fostering a positive learning environment.
Experience with SEN Students: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is preferred but not mandatory.
