Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high customer service and team efficiency,adhering to Company and legal requirements for overall profitability.

Manage financial performance,covering cash,stock,cellar,security,and Health & Safety.

Follow administrative processes,contribute to annual budget compilation,and handle customer complaints.

Foster team relationships through support,coaching,and appraisals.

Maintain cleanliness in bars,restaurants,cellars,and customer areas.
-
Prioritize safety and security for customers and team members.
-
Establish and communicate individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.

Adhere to stock takes,delivery,and cellar management procedures.

Enforce relevant legislation,including Health & Safety,hygiene,fire,and licensing laws.

Collaborate with the Park Manager to meet business objectives and priorities.

Control costs,including stocks and wages,in line with business needs.

Maximize income by analysing and responding to weekly financial results.
