Full job description

We are looking for motivated, outgoing and caring people with a natural desire to help others to join our Team and provide care and support for our Clients.

As a Community Carer, you can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people in your local area, giving them the support they need to live independently in their own homes. No specific qualifications or background in care is required to become a care assistant. What's more important is that you have a natural calling to care for people. With this in mind, we provide all the training you need to become one of our exceptional team members.

Positions Available

We are seeking Community Carers for the Tiverton and surrounding areas.

We currently have permanent full and part-time positions available for Care Assistants in the following areas –

Tiverton
Cullompton
Willand

Flexible shifts: work part time, full time, early or later shifts, and alternate weekends. This role can be fitted around your own commitments, which do include every other weekend and evening hours.

Please note, all work patterns include shifts every other weekend.

Requirements

Whilst you don't need to have previous experience within the Care Industry, there are some eligibility requirements, to be eligible to apply for this role you must:

Have a right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
Be over 18 years of age

In addition, all applicants need to be able to demonstrate clear and effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
