Feature Development: Crafting high-quality backend features and services independently from well-defined requirements, applying robust coding standards.

Cloud Operations: Using cloud services for secure storage, authentication, and deployment while following modern practices like version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Open Communication: Providing concise updates in team stand-ups and proactively raising blockers early so the team can solve them together.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Managing your own tasks with minimal oversight while helping to onboard new team members and supporting junior colleagues.

Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the evolution of our internal processes by participating in retrospectives and Communities of Practice (CoP) ceremonies.

Performance Optimisation: Identifying application bottlenecks using profiling tools and prioritising tasks effectively during sprint planning.
