We are excited to be recruiting for an Accommodation Support Enabler for our temporary accommodation provision in Bridgwater, working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This part time role will be part of our small but perfectly formed team that work Monday- Friday between 8am-8pm.

We are seeking a self-motivated team player with a flexible mindset, who can encourage and enable those we support to become empowered by providing opportunities for progressive change.
You will work collaboratively with the team to build professional, positive and trusting relationships with our customers, colleagues and other relevant agencies.
You will be working as part of a team, but there will be occasions when you will be lone working, therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone, however we have a robust system in place to offer advice and support when lone working.
