Full job description

This is a full time, permanent position commencing ASAP.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Surveyor in our busy team based in Taunton.

The role would suit a driven, qualified surveyor with at least two years PQE, who has a can-do attitude and a proven track record. It is a demanding but rewarding role, which will involve a wide range of valuation and survey work across the residential sectors covering a wide variety of town and rural properties.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

Experience in a similar role
Exceptional communication skills
MRICS with minimum 2 years PQE
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to seek and win business and develop contacts
Clean driving licence and own car

This will suit a dynamic forward thinking individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to embark upon a new and interesting role, with potential for career progression.
