Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing mail shipments with precision
inventory, and shipments efficiently.
Stock shelves and organize postal supplies to maintain an orderly workspace.
Assist customers at the counter with mailing services, package drop-offs, and inquiries.
Manage shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of parcels.
Maintain detailed records of shipments, deliveries, and postal transactions for accountability.
Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment or address minor maintenance needs.

Experience

Knowledge of computer systems can enhance your ability As a clerk
Proven skills in stock manage-men, picking & packing, shipping & receiving are essential for success.
Strong organizational skills combined with mechanical aptitude will help ensure efficient postal operations.
