About the Role
Crown & Platinum Events is a wedding and event planning company delivering refined, seamless, and well-executed celebrations across the UK and destination locations. We are seeking reliable, polished, and highly organised Freelance Wedding Coordinators to support the delivery of exceptional weddings and events. Key Responsibilities
On-the-Day Coordination
- Support the Lead Planner in delivering the wedding day timeline.
- Oversee supplier arrivals, setup, and breakdown.
- Act as the main point of contact for venues, suppliers, and the wedding party.
- Ensure all elements are delivered according to the agreed timeline and floor plans.
- Resolve any on-the-day issues calmly, discreetly, and professionally.
Client & Guest Support
- Support the couple, bridal party, and immediate family throughout the day.
- Manage guest flow, seating, and transitions between key moments.
- Maintain a calm, reassuring, and professional presence at all times.
Vendor & Logistics Management
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, entertainers, DJs, transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Ensure all cue-based moments (ceremony, entrances, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, etc.) run smoothly and on time.
- Assist with personal items, gifts, stationery, emergency kits, and other logistics.
Professional Representation
- Represent Crown & Platinum Events with professionalism, discretion, and elegance.
- Maintain a polished appearance in line with our brand standards.
- Uphold confidentiality and exceptional customer service at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or coordination (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure.
- Confident dealing with clients, suppliers, venues, and large groups.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed.
- Comfortable working long wedding days (10–14+ hours).

Availability & Commitment
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and selected weekdays, depending on client requirements.
- Flexible availability during peak wedding season is essential.
- Willing to travel across London, the South East, and other UK locations as required.
- Able to commit to long wedding days (typically 10–14+ hours).
- Must respond promptly to booking requests and confirm availability within 24 hours.
- Must be dependable and committed once a booking has been accepted.
Pay & Benefits
- From £14.00 per hour (depending on experience).

- Work alongside an experienced Lead Wedding Planner and Coordinator in a supportive and professional environment.
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
