On offer is a competitive salary</span></strong><span> </span><strong><span>and benefits package.</span></strong><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><span>The Digital Engineering and Innovation (BIM) Manager leads BIM and digital engineering delivery across EQUANS Places and Communities projects. The role ensures compliance with ISO 19650, promotes digital innovation, and integrates BIM workflows across all RIBA stages. </span></p> <p><span>Deliverables will be tailored to project requirements - whether for construction, client asset information, or facilities management handover.</span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span>What will you deliver? </span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Digital Design and Model Coordination</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Produce and develop discipline-specific BIM models and coordinated design deliverables from RIBA Stage 2 to 5. </span></li> <li><span>Ensure design intent is accurately represented in BIM models and drawings. </span></li> <li><span>Ensure compliance with Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Asset Information requirements (AIR), and ISO 19650.</span></li> <li><span>Manage model clash detection, geometric and data validation, and structured information outputs. </span></li> <li><span>Facilitate coordination workshops and support early-stage contractor engagement on digital delivery.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Information Management & Governance</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Integrate model and drawing workflows with Viewpoint for Projects (4P) to support collaboration, document control, and approval processes.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain and govern the Common Data Environment (CDE) for Design and Engineering Projects.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct audits, enforce version control, and ensure metadata completeness.</span></li> <li><span>Implement ISO 19650 requirements and lead compliance reviews.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Innovation and Digital Delivery</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Drive adoption of AI, digital twins, Scan-to-BIM, and automation tools.</span></li> <li><span>Champion the use of emerging digital tools (e.g., Dynamo, Synchro) for automation, planning, and insight reporting. </span></li> <li><span>Support digital platforms like Fieldview for site-based workflows, snagging, and commissioning data.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Training, Collaboration & Upskilling</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Deliver CPDs and mentor BIM/ CAD team members. </span></li> <li><span>Provide training and support on Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and digital platforms. </span></li> <li><span>Support regional teams to improve BIM integration and consistency.</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>What can we offer you? </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Knowledge, & Experience</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and CDE platforms. </span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, and BS 1192 standards. </span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with scripting (Dynamo) desirable. </span></li> <li><span>A minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM and/or CAD management roles, or equivalent relevant experience. .</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent.</span></li> <li><span>Certification in BIM (e.g. BSI, BRE) and AutoCAD highly desirable.</span></li> <li><span>Working towards professional accreditation (e.g. CIBSE, CIOB, ICE).</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Who are we?
