The Role
We are looking for a flexible, hardworking, and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our friendly kitchen team. This is a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene are maintained throughout the day. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping the kitchen, pot wash area, and food preparation areas clean and tidy.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation as required.
- Ensuring all cleaning schedules are completed and food hygiene standards are maintained.
- Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
- Helping with stock rotation and keeping storage areas organised.
- Safely disposing of waste and recycling.
- Supporting the kitchen team wherever needed during busy service periods.

- Previous kitchen porter or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
