SUPERVISOR (PART-TIME)

DERBY

Circa £18,000.00

Plus, opportunity for bonus, commission and incentives

25.75 hours per week

Monday – Thursday & alt Friday/Sunday

Store opening hours are 8.45am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Friday, until 7pm on a Monday, and Sunday we are open 10.00am– 1.00pm only.

Management work on a two-week rota basis having either a Friday and Saturday off or a Saturday and Sunday off. Monday evenings are alternated.

What are we looking for?

A current, experienced supervisor with retail, or similar retail management/supervisory experience, to join our team at Derby.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A passion to develop and succeed.
Stock management, including hands on replenishment, stock counts and booking in experience.
Supervisory skills and/or previous management experience of a small team.
An interest & desire to learn about new hair, nail & beauty products.

On a day to day basis, you will assist the manager in all aspects of their role; this includes covering the store in their absence, providing support in the supervision of 5 key staff within the team, adding a valuable contribution towards achieving sales & profit targets & delivering on the Company vision “every customer will recommend us”.
