Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end rental process, from property listing to lease signing, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly and regularly with prospective tenants, landlords, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and assessments to match tenants with suitable homes
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, agreements, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and tenancy regulations at all times
- Support marketing efforts by creating compelling property listings and promoting available units across various channels
Skills
- Proven administrative experience in lettings/property management or related fields
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties, appointments, and documentation simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of local rental laws, regulations, and best practices in property management is a plus
